What should you do?
It is an extremely devastating disease and highly contagious to parrots and cockatoos. The carrier loses its feathers and typically its beak grows so malformed so that it can't feed itself.

So you see a flock of birds and amongst them is one who clearly has PBFD. Knowing that it is so very easily transmitted, what action should you take?
It certainly would be favourable for the flock if the infected bird was killed. If killing it safely is feasible, should you kill it? Lets assume it could be done with no one watching so as to avoid disturbing people.

Inaction would very likely mean the disease would spread.
