Poor Heron-Warrington

It's 9.25 Monday morning and for the last 30 minutes there has been a Heron in the tree behind our house. It seems to have part swallowed a black plastic bag and now seems unable to do anything other than shake it head in hope. I assume it will eventually die but what a horrible death!
