One legged Blue Tit

I watched a blue tit today happily (seemingly) going back and forth from the twigs of a nearby tree and one of my suet feeders, it was clear he only had one complete leg. I wondered what the chances of continued survival would be, also likely cause of such a condition.

Thanks in advance.
