Enjoyed a great days birding yesterday at Cudmore Grove, East Mersey, Essex. Freshwater lake & scrapes, plus the coast , make for a very good day out ,with plenty of birds. We noted 57 species of bird plus Adder, Fox & Rabbit. £2 20 to park, but you have toilets, a cafe at weekends,"summer only" & of course plenty of birds.
