Where's that bird?

What is this bird?
This photo was taken this morning in Annapolis, MD.
Habitat is a deciduous forest and the bird is somewhat smaller than a Robin. I have a feeling I saw this bird many years ago, but I can't place it. I just know I'm going to be embarrassed. |
