Small UK woodland bird
When I first spotted this bird I thought it was a Wren ( we have a pair nesting in our garden) but on closer examination I don't think it is. It landed amongst a small group of Goldfinches I was watching and flew off after a few seconds.
Similar size to a Wren but note the bar on the wing and the band above the eye. Any ideas? Thanks ![]() |
