Clearwater, Florida - Water Bird
This very small duck was in a fresh water pond. When he swam his body was nearly submerged with just the top of his back above the surface. His size was considerably smaller than some Galinules in the area.
Both photos are of the same individual. Any help would be appreciated. |

Looks like a Pied-billed Grebe to me.
