BirdID wanted for Devon, UK

Anyone got any idea on the identity of this bird photographed in April in Devon, United Kingdom. Is it a Wheatear or possibly a Winchat?

Looks like a stonechat to me, as a result of a lack of super, and prominant white patch on the wing coverts.

April? Got to be a female, as it's far too early for juvs to be around.

Not sure how relevant this is, but I was in Ireland 2 weeks ago and saw (and photographed) a family of 6 stonechats. I thought it was very early but maybe not in Ireland?
