As the title says, I am interested in the performance of this binocular in the field.

We have had a very good report by Absolut Beethoven with his impressions of the optic quality and his concern about the focus wheel and diopter adjustment (if I read his report correctly).

We also have or had a report on the quality of the covering on the eyepieces and how they have been a problem for that individual and eyeglass use.

More interested in what your experience has been actually using it to bird. How has it performed? Did you notice any technical or design issues that impacted you while you were using it?

Were you aware of field of view issues that were reported, i.e. were the edges noticably blurry? If this was an upgrade for you, did you feel the optical performance justifies your expenditure?
