Nesting question - wrens I think...

I have a wren in my back yard - at least I think it is from my "Birds of Alberta" book.
I have 2 bird boxes back there and he seems to have filed these both up with sticks and then took off.

I was wondering if I should remove the sticks to allow other birds to use the boxes or just leave it alone.

I live in Central, Alberta Canada ... if that helps

Thanks

Leave them alone, at least for the rest of the season. If other birds take over the boxes, they'll deal with the sticks themselves, either using them for their own nests or throwing them out.
