what's, the deal with this Bird?
Damn thing is just sitting there,
Flew a bit.when I picked it up. Pooped twice |

The bill suggests to me it is a young bird. Best to leave it be so that its parents can feed it.

It's a recent fledgling House Sparrow. Your best option is to leave it alone and put it back where it was found. The parents will continue to feed it on the ground until it can fly for itself.

Thank you! It flew away I could see the rest of it's family flying around too. About 4 other birds.
