Was going for Arctic on all-red bill and dark wing edge, but this fades into the grey of the rest of wing, so I'm now leaning more towards Common as well.

I'm struggling to see Arctic Tern.
My first impression was Common Tern. The dark wedge on the wing tip and the dark trailing edge on the under wing look like Common Tern. The bill looks too bright red and too long and narrow for Arctic.

The extent and amount of darkness on the outer primaries fits Common better than Arctic, if it was taken recently.

Thanks for all the replies, I didn't think it looked right for Arctic but the all red bill was confusing.
