lagarto + tirimbina costa rica

I did't manage to see the head of the first bird. from behind it looks to me like a melodious blackbird. Seen in July In lagarto lodge.

rest of the birds is seen in Tirimbina rainforest centre.
2 Juvenile bare throated tiger heron. as there might be some range overlap with fasciated I want to double check.
3+4 (same bird) yellow olive or marginated flycatcher. Can't judge of the iris colour is dark enough to make it marginated.
Regards,
geert

1 guess you're right
2 juv Tiger herons are not my strong but I'll give my two cents anyway. Even though the bill looks quite long, the plumage and face design make me think this could well be Fasciated.
3 I agree it looks a Yellow-olive Flycatcher. Iris colour is age related so this is probably an immature bird. It takes months for the iris to become very pale.

Habitat says fasciated, too. They tend to be along fast moving water.
