Bird sound, Czech republic (center europe; audio)

Hello,

what kind of bird is on this record? It has been doing this sound for a week near my house (usually from 8 pm to 1 am). I am worried that it is abandoned baby bird.

Audio: http://chirb.it/NKzhDc

I am sorry for my bad english.

Thank you very much.

it sounds like a chick begging for food. if it was abandoned it woouldn't have lasted a week.

guessing by the hour could be an owl??? that said couldn't find anything similar on the attached:

do you have any other owl activity in the area?
