I had been going to ask the same question, but for a PC. I have had a look at a couple of shareware progs., particularly Birder, from Vogue Mechanics, but the ones I have seen are a bit limited. What do you use, Brian?

My two cents worth: I have used BirdRecorder 32 for years, and am very happy with it. Not the chgeapest, but well worth the investment. Their website: http://www.wildlife.co.uk/birding_software/Default.htm
Cheers, Hanno

If you decide to use it, it is REALLY important to think out things like locations carefully so you don't get confused. Alan |

I use Birder's Diary. It comes in a NA version and a World version. It was all re-written this year and I find it good. I've been using this version plus the previous version for 4 years. It ties into Cornell's Birds of North America software directly from within the program which is a feature I like.
