Swarovski TLS800 Adaptor info required

I recently got one of the above adaptors 2nd hand but it didn't have any instructions with it. I'm going to use it with a Digital EOS camera.

Does anyone have any info? I think it connects to the camera with an EOS T2 adaptor but that's about it. What settings do i use on the camera? I guess it's not going to work in program mode. Does the adaptor have an aperture setting?

Any information from users out there would be gratefully received. Thanks.

I've got the picture of the adaptor. It doesn't match the picture on the Swarovski web site. Think it might be the previous incantation. Does anyone recognise this?

Martin not sure quite which adaptor you mean, but if it is the adaptor one uses for digiscoping, the one used with a T ring,I was informed by a dealer, that one uses it in AV mode.

This is the older model. I have one which I used with the Nikon D100. You need a Canon T Thread adapter as it comes standard with a plain T Thread. It is a f10 lens and with the Nikon I have to use it in manual mode. I take a meter with the camera first or with a light meter.Neil.
