HokkaidoStu occasional user Join Date: Jan 2003 Location: Hakodate Hokkaido Japan Posts: 1,765 My location	gulls Memo to US birders; I`m in Japan and having lots of difficulties distinguishing immature Glaucous and Glaucous Winged Gulls......any tips? I have various fieldguides including Harrison`s excellent Seabirds book but....... There are lots of interesting looking immature Gulls here but I can only really pin down the adults.
