Incorrect Mangrove Kingfisher in Database?

Recently, a comment was posted in the database about the Mangrove Kingfisher, saying that the bird in the picture was incorrectly identified and that it was really a Brown-hooded Kingfisher. Here is the link. Could someone clear this up?

It does look to me to be a Brown-hooded (H. albiventris). The head pattern suggests Brown-hooded, as does the dark tip to the bill.

Chris,
The bird linked is, in fact, the nominate race of Halcyon albiventris (Brown-hooded Kingfisher). I have unlinked the photo. I have also searched the Galleries. There is no true Halcyon senegaloides uploaded here on BF.
