It says Group (monotypic) but gives scientific names as subspecies. Is it a cline? A small amount of difference that doesn't warrant subspecies status and is therefore monotypic?
Should it be left as it is?

In the Clements spreadsheet, group designation signals for example that the members of one group is looking a fair deal different from another group, and it often implies the opposite of a cline between the two groups. These groups can often be understood as "these two groups have a good chance of actually being different species, so make sure you do the field work if you have the chance of seeing both".
When it says "group (monotypic)" that simply means that the group has only one taxon in it, that taxon as of right now considered a subspecies of whatever species; if it was split it would become a monotypic species. In a lot of cases you also see "group polytypic" which means that if that group was split away from the rest, it would become a species with several subspecies.
