You can't buy Creative Cloud as such, you have to subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan. Costs a lot less than the $1200 that they are offering too.

That is what I do with Photoshop is the Annual Subscription. Without that I could not afford the program.

Big price hike in the pipeline for me. Due to currency fluctuations my monthly subscription is going up from £6.98 to £10.12 at the end of my 12 month contract.
