Hi,

I'm travelling to Budapest in a few days time and after doing some research I was interested in making a day trip to Kiskunsági Nemzeti Park. I was going to take the train and walk around the reserve. But I'm not sure where the best birds and places are or where you're allowed to walk. Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,
Ephraim

Hi David,
Thanks for the reply, I got back last week. I never managed to get the time to go to Kiskunsagi unfortunately. But many thanks for the offer.

Easy to get to - at least the nearest parts, and a great range of habitats,
even at the places close to Budapest.
Did you manage 6 species of woodpecker in Budapest instead????!!!
Let me know if you come back.
best wishes
David
