A couple of points of note...leg colour is quite yellowish rather than green, breast band is quite diffuse rather than sharp and upper tail barring is close together rather than far apart which would reveal quite a bit more white colouration in Green Sand.

First pic is a Wood Sand but I only looked at the second and it is difficult on that one for me.

They look like the same bird to me, and even in the second pic the supercilium looks quite prominent.

Wood and Green Sands provide one of the perennial problems of identification that should never arise - they are very different birds for the reasons given here but sadly some people spend more time looking at pictures in their fieldguides than they do looking at the birds.
