help with ID Passerine in Israel (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Taken on 16.1.17 Kfar Baruch, Israel
this is the only shot and the head is not clear :-(
the heavy strikes, on underpart draw towards Rock Sparrow maybe a (J) as to the wing bar.
the corn bunting would have darker lateral throat stripes
redpoll is off as no red spot on fore crown
help please....

Both finches. Bottom bird I reckon is a Chaffinch. Top, not sure - reminds me of a female Siskin, but that's very unlikely in Israel, so probably isn't that.
