When do bald eagles use their nest.
Do Bald Eagles use thier nests outside of raising their young?

I have only seen Bald Eagles use the nest during the breeding season. That is when they refurbish an existing nest (or build a new one), mate, lay eggs, incubate and raise their young. They do not seem to go to them at other times of the year.

I figured so but the size of their nest amazes me. I've heard they reuse the same nest though.
