As I sit here, I am 100 miles from France. Those in Dungeness or Dover are much closer. How many people watch birds in France? How many know the names and descriptions in French?
Lets find out who's interested.

First one should be easy.

Peut difficilement etre confondu. Attitude dresse, corps ventru, poitrine orange. Sautille generalement sur le sol. Souvent peu farouche, mais discret pendant le periode de reproduction. Le chant, caracteristique, est une serie de notes cristallines, emises encascades; chant d'automne plus melancolique. Le cri est un tic sec, souvent repete regulierement tictictic; on l'entend souvent lors des migrations dans les buissons.
Se nourrit d'insectes vivant sur le sol et de diverse baies et fruits.

Qu'est-ce que c'est?
