It certainly looks different now.... I've no experience of flounced rusic but the wavy cross line doesn't look right for pearly underwing.

Isn't it just a tatty Square-spot Rustic?

Certainly doesn't look like a Garden Dart, which have very obscure stigmata, and that's about as far as it goes with distinguishing marks.
