I would like to introduce myself as a new member and also new to digiscoping. I have been interesed in photography for more years than I can remeber but this is all new to me. I would be interested if there are any field days in the Lincolnshire Area (or South Yorkshire) in order that I can learn more of the techniques.

Hi Graham, a big welcome on behalf of all the moderators and admin at Bird Forum.net.
Although that area is a bit out of my reach, I do know several BF members who are highly proficient digiscopers in your region. Hopefully one of them will be kind enough to show you the ropes. In the meantime, I hope you can learn something from the digiscoping forums here. Best regards, Andy

Hi Graham
Welcome to BF this is the place for tricks and tips. Hope that Maxview 40 does a good job with your Dimage 7. I am no expert but I am prepared to pass on my experiences digiscoping you know where I live. Lincolnshire Trust have field days on their reserves - Barton, Whisby and Gibralta point you can check their web site for these activities but I don't think they demonstrate the art of digiscoping.
