firecrest

9;25am private site,Lord Derbys Estate,Knowsley.

Mid conversation,looking out of window,whilst talking,stunning view of a firecrest in outside Holly - big super,twitching around and feeding,seen by four people,what a way to start work!!

Although I've seen a few throughout my illustrious career,I found this and it was a stunner-and it even impressed the non-birders I have to work with!!

Its a long while to monday morning.............
