Need your help????????

I'm a little baffled at what this is, i thought it might be a gull or tern judging from the beak, but i'm really not sure what it is, I could have sworn it's underparts near tail were speckled.

I should point out that this was taken in Gainsville FL near a fresh water marsh. I think it is a yellow billed cuckoo, that would explain the underside of the tail being spotted, any opinions?

Yes it is, thanks, saw a few new birds today, including the duck i posted in the gallery and a glossy ibis, bueatiful bird.
