Shorebird ID, USA

I believe this is a Nonbreeding plumage Black-bellied Plover, but I would like confirmation. As a photographer my bird IDs are sometimes lacking .

The photograph was taken two days ago at Fort Trail Gulf Beach near Crystal River, Florida (west coast).
