Hi,


I am new here. I'm going on a cruise in March to Cozumel and Costa Maya. I won't have much time, one day at each port, but my boyfriend and I have never been birding outside of the US and Canada, so we are really excited to try it. However we don't want to get there and not know where to go or what to do.

Which stop should have the best and easiest birding for us coming off a cruise ship? Where can we find a guide or tour?
We will arrive first at Costa Maya at 12:00 until 8pm then the next day at Cozumel at 7:00am until 5pm. Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi,Thanks, I followed the link and found some info, but im still concerned that when we get there we wont know where to go. I unfortunately forgot about the Howell book and it's too late to order it now, and our book stores don't have it. I would very much appreciate it if anyone could give me some quick tips,where to go first what area is best etc... We will probably rent a car once we get off the ship, I'm mostly interested to Cozumel. Any help at all would be great. Thanks.
