Question Ten more anagrams

Last ones for a little while...

Once again, the common factor will become obvious when you've solved a couple. In fact, I reckon you will need to know it to have any chance of solving No. 9 (and maybe others?!?!?!?)

1. WIFE GARROTED HERO
2. TOP HELD APART
3. WILL SAW GOWN
4. BIND FIXES RIP
5. JAY! TICK WREN!
6. RWANDA PILSENER
7. FLEE, OLAV!
8. PROSAIC WADER
9. AHA! A LAW IN EU!
10. AGILE WILL WAIT

Firewood-gatherer, Spinifex-bird, Swallow-wing, Jacky-winter, Leaf-love, Ula-ai-hawane, Willie-wagtail, and I'm tired of looking for the others. Must have been too easy for the experts, eh? well, good exercise for me..

Plains-wanderer, Paradise-crow, and absolutely give up on TOP HELD APART. Where the dyslexics when you need them?!

Of course! How could I have been such a fool...

How many of these things has anyone seen? I've seen only Jacky-winter and Willie-wagtail.
