I think it's a Temminck's Stint, the yellow/ochre legs and pale fringes to the upperpart feathers giving a slightly scaly appearance are a bit of a give-away.
Where was it?

Yes,Temminck's Stint it is,I didn't think it would be ID'd so quickly,as the view(I thought!) wasn't clear.

I took it at WWT Welney on 20 August last.
I shall try a real 'stinker' next!
