Hybrid or Mutation

This guy was among the Canada's today. Is it a Hybrid or just a colour mutation.

This does look ike a 'mutation' as you put it white feathering like this is not uncommon.
Out of interest what size was this biird, it looks very compact and short necked.

It did look a bit smaller than the other Canada's - it was also being given a hard time by several of the other birds.

"Haha! Leucistic Lou! You're a leucistic looooooser!"

That's mean. I agree it's probably just a partially-albino/leucistic Canada/Cackling complex.

Maybe an escaped leucistic Cackling?

Aberrant Canada I think. Quite common for these size birds to turn up in collections, and a few escape.
