First posting

Hi all,

Ive been a member of this forum for a few months but not posted anything yet so I thought id start today. I live in Suffolk which, as I understand, is a good place to live if your into your birds. Only recently have I started to notice birds and grow in my interest of them. My interest has sparked another new pursuit, that of bird photography. Already Im trying to work out how I can scrape together enough cash for decent 500mm prime lens. Out of all the past-times ive had over the years this is definitely the most expensive. Anyway, I look forward to joining in the BF fun.

Regards,
Nathan.

Welcome. The photography can be tricky business. I never quite approached it seriously. It seems to be that kind of thing, that a half heartee effort with poor equipment only gives you fuzzy souveniirs.

Good luck.
