Question Anagrams (Kalamazoo, Where are you????)

These might be a bit easy, but they should keep you occupied for a little while.

Once again, you'll notice a theme develop... bonus point for the precise theme.

Sorry B'man, just didn't have the mental energy-- actually, I thought somebody else would post all the answers in a jiffy, so why bother....

PS: still don't have time today to untangle your messes. If nobody solves 'em today, how about re-issuing them during the holidays?

4. Green Sandpiper.

Precise Theme = Colours of the Rainbow. Haven't heard of most of these birds but hope they exist!

If there is a prize. I will have to share it with Geraldine. A. Because she helped me and B. I'm colour blind and didn't have a clue what the colours of the rainbow were!

So that's:-
Red Shoveler
Orange Bullfinch
Yellow Bittern
Green Sandpiper
Blue Bustard
Indigo Rosebeak
Violet Cuckoo
Indigo Bunting
Blue Sawwing
Orange Weaver.
Theme=Colours of the Rainbow and the first seven are those colours and in the right order!

Hi Charles,

Blame my insomnia! But they can't be all correct surely? I must have got some wrong. Tell you what - I'll have a go at making some more up for you in recompense. I'll do one on Moths - that should keep you going for a while...

I'm warning you!-- you do moths, and I'll do anagrammed palindromes!

But by the way, Dave, how DO you make the anagrams? Surely not with pencil and paper. Is there some sort of unscrambling software that searches for words in an array of letters?
