Hi I think, not sure, that it is a Nikon Fieldscope ED II, or maybe earlier, not sure how good a deal it is, my experience doesn't go back that far. I just ordered all my scope stuff today, all new: Nikon Fieldscope ED 82 Angled kit w/25-75x zoom, Nikon Fieldscope ED 50 Angled, and the Nikon 30x Wide for the 82 ED, and two tripods, can't wait to test it all out. Got the 8337 82 ED Angled kit for $1069, I couldn't turn that down, and the 50 ED body for $399. Can't wait for it all to get here and to test it all and be settled with it! That is such an awesome value. Then I will just need the 50x Wide (on the 82) which will give me 27x on the little 50 ED.

Congrats! Sounds like a great setup. Where in Atlanta do you live? I would love to see your scopes if you are out and about sometime with them and I could stop by. I am still debating which scope to get myself. From what company/website did you order?
Thanks,
Meredith
