Broken CP4500
My camera is broken! Oh my god! What am I going to do! The zoom button doesn't work. I can survive with the other malfunctions, such as the broken remote cable jack, and the hot pixels, and the dust specks that have worked their way inside the lens and viewfinder, but I cant focus the camera with a broken zoom button. I'm out of the warranty period by a day or two. How much is it going to cost me!? Im worried about all the buttons now.Does anyone have any advice?
Thanx for any kind words. |

Sorry to hear that, it doesn't sound good and the camera packing up just after the warrany period expired is unbelievably bad luck. Personally, I'd make a lot of noise to Nikon about how it should last longer than 1 year, though they're not the best listeners in the world.
Don't really know what sort of repair costs are envolved but I hope it's less than you're imagining.
