Afraid that is not a White Front. It is probably a greylag/farmyard hybrid.

The goose in the first photo is a hybrid. A large part of it is Greylag, plus something else, probably either Canada or farmyard goose. White-fronted Geese do not have white faces. They just have white around the base of the bill extending onto the forehead. Also, the bill is too big for White-front.

The second goose is a pure Greylag. Notice how heavy the bill is, large and triangular, it follows the forehead down, with no obvious "step". This bill is far too big for White-front. Don't be fooled by the small amount of white above the bill. Lots of species show this feature, including Pink-foot and Bean.

In the field, but not obvious here, Greylag is considerably bigger than White-front. Adult White-front also has obvious dark bars on it's belly.

Thanks for that Coigach now I look at the book again
for the White Front there's a Blackish line between the
neck feathers and white face that is not on my goose

It was a long walk round to see the Little Egrets and when
I got there on the path to the hide they had a notice up saying
hide close hornets nest inside so I thought not come all this way
not to see the Little Egrets so continued to the hide luckily
it had plastic windows on the door side had a look through
and there they were massage big hornets flying around so I made my
escape back on the path could only see 2 Little Egrets sitting
on the fence which is level with the start of the wood they were
sitting with a couple of Grey Herons and you could see how small
the Little Egrets were against them.....only through the Bins

BTW do the nature reserve management just leave the hornets
or do they deal with them in some way............
