I must admit that my first impression was Dunnock but how about Linnet? My next stab would be Meadow Pipit.

Looks like a bunting and the mantle looks quite rusty. I thought Reed Bunt till I saw it had been ruuled out. |

I must admit I thought of Twite then dismissed it due to London being the location so that put me onto Linnet. Oh well, I should have stuck with my gut reaction (unless we are all still wrong)
