Ruffs? - ID confirmation please - Bucharest, Romania

I took these pics yesterday evening, on Colentina River, nearby Bucharest.
I would say that all are ruffs. Any other opinion?

Agreed, but to be precise, if fearfully old fashioned, the big un is a Ruff (male) and the diddy one a Reeve (female 'Ruff'),

I see...Thank you for explanation John.
As the matter of fact were 5 birds in this small flock. I would try to find a picture with all the birds to identify together male/female birds.
