BirdLife Cyprus Launches Education Campaign

BirdLife Cyprus has launched an education campaign with posters. etc. to show schoolchildren the beautiful and varied birds that migrate over their island to stop the trapping and killing of birds.

Both the Cypriot and Turkish parts of the island are taking part in the project with support being given by the British Sovereign Base police among others.

Unhappy Stop the killing!

The campaign is said to have the support of the SBA police but after last Fridays events I wonder if they are just paying lip service?
