  1. Red-breasted Nuthatch

    Red-breasted Nuthatch

One of my favourite birds that I rarely see any more.
  2. Bohemian Waxwing

    Bohemian Waxwing

This is another unusual visiter to my feeders and garden. A flock of them landed in a flowering cherry tree and quickly cleaned up all the berries.
  3. Evening Grosbeak

    Evening Grosbeak

A species that has become quite uncommon in my garden. Evening grosbeaks used come frequently in in large numbers but for the last 20 years they have almost disappeared. This year they are back although in low numbers compared to the old days.
  4. Dark-eyed Junco.

    Dark-eyed Junco.

A Dark-eyed Junco foraging below my feeders. We haven't had many Juncos lately but this season we suddenly seem to have them back in better numbers.
  5. More Colours

    More Colours

  8. Together 2

    Together 2

I thought that these were cute enough to share.
  9. Together

    Together

I took these out of my window a few minutes ago. I believe that it is amother and baby but their sizes are so close I can't be certain. It is strange that there would only be the one baby.
