Eat your veggies. No I wont!

Guess banyan figs are not on its to-eat list... Its been over 2 years since we went home. These photographs help in so many ways.

White-bellied Minivet

Very lucky with this guy, found in early morning in wonderful light conditions. In thorn bushes near Bokka Puram, a tribal village in Mudumalai Wildlife Reserve. Access only with local guides due to danger of Elephants (and there are also Gaurs, Tigers and Leopards.....).

Spotted Owlets

I'm a novice photographer, and please don't expect great shots. I saw these owlets perched on a tree, unfazed by my photographic curiosity - for 35 mins.
