I thought I make a new thread for this as not to hijack this one:

Just a day after the above thread was posted I received an eBay-notification as I have a reminder set for every 6x25 (as well as 8x30 and 7x35) that gets posted for sale. So today I received my Asahi Pentax 6x25, 11°, wide angle.
It is in fantastic condition just some slight dust inside, no fungus, no haze, and even the focus is buttery smooth. On most of the skeleton binos, the grease is gunked up and the focus hard to use if if works at all. I wonder if someone had those serviced once or at least re-greased. Alignment is also perfect. The 11° is definitely narrower than my 11.5° skeleton bino but has the advantage that pincushion distortion as well as field curvature doesn't get too excessive -- past 11° they tend to become a bit too much, I think. I can almost see the field stop without my eye lashes touching the glass. It's a rather nice view, very sharp in the center with a large sweetspot.
It feels absolutely solid and build quality is as excellent as on my second 6x25, J-B93.
The body work was done by Sankyo Kogaku Kogyo Co. Ltd according to the list on MiniatureBinoculars.

Congratulations on that excellent addition to your collection.
What is the black 'normal' binocular in the last photo? It looks to be almost as tiny as those two skeleton binos.

It's the famous super wide Komz 6x24. Excellent bino. I was lucky to find one in good condition for a relatively low price. They often go for close to 300€ used.
And, yes, it's tiny.
Some more pics, one next to the Fuji HC 8x42 for comparison.
