Barbet in Uganda (1 Viewer)

I suspect this is actually a Speckled Tinkerbird, but we had a local guide that day and he insisted it was Yellow-spotted Barbet. I assumed (at the time) that he was right and that it was a female. However, I have known local guides to often mis-identify birds!

Would just like confirmation please.
