Berlin Goshawks (1 Viewer)

Much has been written about Goshawks in Berlin. I visited in the early part of this week (end of Feb 2019) and found at least two pairs and an immature female very easily in Tiergarten, mainly on the south side. They called regularly and were mating too. Hawfinches were present in good numbers and we had a big skein of White-fronted Geese over plus two groups of c40 Cranes. Sadly we didn't see any Middle Spotted Woodpeckers in Tiergarten, but there were lots of drumming Great Spots.
