I was thinking about a cheap macro filter for this camera. I am a bit confused that I hear an adapter is needed. Can't I just buy a lens with a 58mm thread and screw it in? I have seen a macro filter disc type lens with 58mm thread. Would this fit without an adaptor? Here is the one I was looking at.
