Captur Wireless Remote Trigger (2 Viewers)

Hi,

Wonder if anyone can help me please. I have a Captur wireless remote trigger which was working fine last time I used it. But now, the piece with the shutter button on it has a red light where it used to be green and doesn't fire the shutter. I've replaced the batteries but that hasn't made any difference. The piece which fits on the camera has a green light as normal. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong before I end up replacing them with a new set. Thanks in anticipation of your help.

Just cleaned the battery contacts & put in another set of new batteries & all working fine now. Maybe a duff set of batteries? Thanks.

Hahnel have a great technical helpline and will answer your query in a timely manner.
I used them a couple of times in the past and they were excellent.
