Merry Christmas everyone....

Just thought I'd share with you some Christmas inspired blogposts from the people at birding blogs.

  • Tom McKinney is top form in his A Christmas Carol - watch that supressing Scrooge. Parental guidance advised! Foul language...but you know Tom!
  • Rebecca Nason is Going for Gold - lovely pictures of a fantastic bird.
  • Martin Garner has a devilish X-mas quiz for us.
  • If you could decorate Christmas with birds, the Quetzals would be good contendents. Check out Rich Hoyer's Christmas Quetzals.
  • I, Gunnar, made a post about a little "tomte" (the mythical "little people" that live in the Swedish woods that come and clean the house at Christmas and eat porridge....- and now sadly transformed to the more commercial Santa Claus) - that lives in the moist woods of Tapachalaca reserve in S Ecuador. Here is the Jocotoco Antpitta.
The other birdbloggers Dale Forbes, Gyorgy Szimuly, Dawn Fine, Kenn Kaufman and Susan Myers are preparing new awesome posts on birdingblogs.com - check us out!

Many Christmas Greetings from Gunnar and the BirdingBlog team!!
